Got tight traps? Here’s 3 exercises that I use with many of my clients to counteract that dysfunction.

1) Standing dead hang

2) Dead hang

3) Dead hang + Scapular depression

Once you master those 3 exercises, you’ll develop more scapular control which will help relieve those tight traps and correct that posture. Additionally, you’ll be able to perform pull ups with more efficient form 💪🏼
