Do what you love, and love what you do.” This quote describes Kevin in so many ways. Since my first work out session with Kevin I was able to tell that he was a guy that loved what he did. Kevin is a guy that made me feel motivated and capable of lifting, doing exercises, and simply getting myself to the gym on a weekly basis. Every time I work out with Kevin I feel like I am actually working out the muscles and areas in my body in which I want to improve on. The first work out session that I had with Kevin he asked me, “what is your personal fitness goal?” I will always remember that because it demonstrated to me that he wanted to make sure he helped me accomplish my goal. When we work out he always has in mind my goals and makes sure together we work to get there. Kevin is very easygoing and confident in his work as a personal trainer. When we work out I always know that I am in good hands because he will make sure my form for every exercise is correct and if it is not he will show me the right way to do an exercise and guide me to keep the correct form. He also makes sure that you as his client is okay during the work out and will ask “how you are feeling” being considerate about making sure you as a person are first taking care of yourself during the work out. Every time I meet with Kevin for a work out I feel enthusiastic and look forward to it because Kevin has made the gym a safe place for me to improve and achieve my fitness goals. My work outs with Kevin go by so fast and I enjoy every second of them! I know that I can and will achieve my fitness goals because I have a personal trainer that has demonstrated to truly care for his clients and has a passion for what he does. I started working with Kevin about a year ago and he is an awesome trainer. He really takes care in listening to your goals and designing movements and sessions that are tailored to you. He creates a fun and motivating experience from start to finish. He also offers nutritional guidance and general health and wellness information.
I enjoyed working with him so much that I have referred 6 friends and they all decided to continue working with him.
I had to leave San Diego but return for work and whenever I am in town, I am sure to get in a session with Kevin.

Kevin is awesome! My fiancée and I have been working with Kevin for 4+ months now and he’s been super helpful in our efforts to get stronger, look better, and be more agile. We initially started with one session a week, but have since bumped it up to twice a week as we found his instruction to be so much better than working on our own. He’s very knowledgeable about proper form and movements, and is great about making adjustments if you’ve got flexibility or pain issues. When I first started seeing Kevin, I had trouble properly performing several shoulder-specific exercises because my traps were too tight and over-engaging. Kevin quickly noticed and provided some support exercises that I could perform with him in the gym and some stretches to do on my own at home. In just a few weeks, my shoulder/trap mobility problems were resolved and I have been performing shoulder exercises without issue every since!

I’ve probably tried almost every gym out there, and along the way I have worked with multiple trainers to reach my fitness goals. However, I’ve always ended up dreading coming to workouts; that was until I started training with Kevin. He’s extremely helpful, and always asks if a stretch or some sort is hurting my back or not which is extremely thoughtful.

He definitely makes workouts fun, and at first they’ll be like a warm up and you get into the rhythm of the exercises; then he amps it up. His pricing is by far the most reasonable, and very accommodating to make sure to fit you into his schedule. Additionally, I’m always learning something new each time we train, and I’m never bored of what I’m doing.

Don’t know how to thank Kevin for making sure I stays on track with my goals and pushes me only further to stay motivated and even more committed to see what’s to come.
